ChurchBooks3 Online offers four church bookkeeping plans, with integrated church management tools and financial features available according to your plan. Every new account starts with a free 30-day trial of Gold features with no credit card required.

What's Included on Every Plan

All four plans include these Bronze features. Full accounting and budgets start with Silver; payroll and Givelify donation import and reconciliation start with Gold:

Bronze Plan — $9.99/month

Up to 100 members, with email support. Bronze includes the membership, basic donation and donation fund tracking, attendance, calendar and event tools, custom letterhead, email merge, standard reports, and the online giving page with QR code powered by Givelify listed above. Full ledger accounting and budgets are not included.

Silver Plan — $19.99/month

Up to 500 members, with priority email support. Everything in Bronze, plus full accounting and ledger, ledger fund tracking, check printing, budget management, church attendance, meeting management, and event management.

Gold Plan — $29.99/month

Unlimited members, with priority phone support. Everything in Silver, plus financial management, financial fund tracking, employee and payroll tools, daycare classes, and Givelify donation import and reconciliation.

Platinum Plan — $39.99/month

Unlimited members, with priority phone and chat support. Everything in Gold, plus the member self-service portal, branded church mobile portal, magic-link passwordless login, member giving history, online event RSVP, digital prayer requests, and custom portal colors and branding.

Annual Billing

All four plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Annual billing is charged as a single payment at the start of each subscription year and automatically renews unless cancelled.

Free 30-Day Trial

Every new ChurchBooks3 account starts with a free 30-day trial with access to Gold features — no credit card required. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically if you add a payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account enters read-only mode until you choose a plan.
