The Bronze Plan is ideal for small churches starting out with church accounting software. It includes all core features — fund accounting, church donation tracking, budget planning, membership management, attendance, and events — for a small congregation. Available monthly or annually (save ~20% with annual billing).
Silver Plan — $19.99/month
The Silver Plan adds expanded capacity for growing congregations. Includes everything in Bronze plus higher member and transaction limits for churches expanding their membership base and giving programs.
Gold Plan — $29.99/month
The Gold Plan is the full-featured option for large congregations and multi-department churches. Includes all church accounting, bookkeeping, and management features with no member or transaction limits.
Platinum Plan — $39.99/month
The Platinum Plan includes everything in Gold plus the ChurchBooks3 Member Portal — a branded, mobile-friendly self-service hub where members view their giving history, RSVP to events, submit prayer requests, and read church announcements. The portal launches with your church name and logo, accessible from any device without an app download. Platinum subscribers also receive priority support.
Annual Billing
All four plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual subscribers save approximately 20% versus month-to-month pricing. Annual billing is charged as a single payment at the start of each subscription year and automatically renews unless cancelled.

Every new ChurchBooks3 account starts with a free 30-day trial — full access to all features on your selected plan, no credit card required. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically if you add a payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account enters read-only mode until you choose a plan.
