Information We Collect

ChurchBooks3 collects the information you provide when creating an account — including your church name, administrator name, and email address — and the data your organization enters into the platform, including member records, financial transactions, donation history, and event information. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate and improve the ChurchBooks3 platform. Church data is isolated per tenant — your church's financial records, member data, and donation history are never accessible to other organizations on the platform. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information in transit and at rest.

Data Retention and Export

You may export a full backup of your church data at any time from within the platform. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request a final data export.

Cookies and Analytics

ChurchBooks3 uses cookies for session management, analytics, and advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness and build retargeting audiences based on visits to our website and application. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
